  4. This is a handy program for viewing all your icon collections. Simply 
  5. double click on the filename and the icon will be displayed. Have fun!

  10. Simply install IconView into any program window then double click on 
  11. the icon. Refer to your MicroSoft Windows handbook for installation 
  12. of programs to window. You will also need VBRUN100.DLL (available in 
  13. most BBS) to run IconView v.1.0.

  15. IconView is written with MicroSoft Visual Basic version 1.0.
